Our modern apartment house is located in the center of Kirchberg in Tirol, in best, sunny and quiet location.
Once arrived, you are welcome to leave your car at our free parking and spend your holiday, if you like, "car-free".

Whether fun, sporting hours in the snow, shopping, nightlife or relaxing walks around Kirchberg and Kitzbühel - our house is the perfect choice for those who prefer exclusivity, comfort and short distances in all directions.

The ski bus stop is only 20 meters away and the buses take you comfortably to the ski area.
With good snow conditions the ski run is possible up to 180 meters to our house!!
The nearest ski school, ski rental, the cross-country trail, sports- and grocery shops can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
Restaurants are right next door and the nearest bakery is about 50 meters away.

The chamois town KITZBÜHEL is 5 km away and of course definitely worth a visit.

Hiking and biking trails are also in the immediate vicinity of our house.
Mountain bikers and e-bikers start the best tours right in front of our house.
The beautifully situated bathing lake is just "around the corner" and offers great cooling.

Our guests have a ski room with ski boot dryer in winter and a lockable garage for their bikes in summer.

Every day we give our best that your vacation in our house will be the most wonderful time of the year!

Winter in Kirchberg

Whether skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing - you can expect fantastic slopes with sunny slopes and perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails.
Enjoy beautiful snowshoe hikes in snowy winter landscape.
After a short walk to the Gaisberg lift, there is nothing to stand in the way of a fun toboggan ride.

Summer in Kirchberg

Mountain bikers, E-bikers and cyclists can expect great developed bike and E-bike trails.
Adrenalin is provided by grat downhill trails with enduro bikes.
Enjoy extended hikes and mountain tours in the Kitzbühel Alps and forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

For swimming and bathing in the wonderfully located Kirchberg bathing lake, it is only a few minutes walk. Water slides, a lap pool, a spacious baby and children's pool and a great playground make for a relaxing day of swimming for children and parents.
